Returns & Refunds

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Shingyo purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied you can return it within 30 days. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase in new and unused condition and, if possible, the packaging.

You can return any product, as long as it’s in re-saleable condition. No questions asked and no reasons needed.

It is required to submit your return announcement by e-mail

Simply contact us by email to info[@] quoting your order number, date of purchase and stating how you wish to return the product.

Post the item back to us. Please note that Shingyo do not offer pre-paid postal returns. You have to pay for the return shipping unless:

  • you received a damaged item

Returns & Refunds personalised orders

As your bags are made using your personalisation, it is therefore specific to you and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you are unhappy with the gift, please contact customer service and we will look into a fitting solution.

Cancel or change order

If an order must be changed or cancelled, you can do so by contacting the helpdesk. Cancellation can only take place when a bag has not yet been processed. Confirmation email

If you have not received a confirmation email within half an hour you can contact the helpdesk. Do check your spam/junk mail folder to make sure the email has not been sent there.

How can you order the bags from our website?
Find a bag and follow the steps indicated to order the bags. Once you have gone through all the steps, your bagst will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. After entering your personal details including the correct delivery address and date, you will reach the payment screen. Here you can select a payment method and complete the transaction.
