Orders from can be paid for in different ways, both directly and indirectly. The difference is that with a direct payment the bags are sent immediately. With an indirect payment, the bags are sent only once the payment has been received.

The idea is simple: the buyer transfers money to the seller’s account.

A bank account and the ability to make transfers (electronically or manually). After placing your order, you will receive an email containing payment information within a few minutes. Once the payment has been received, your order will be produced and sent.

Credit card payment

The credit card payment method is a payment option whereby the buyer gives permission for money to be debited from their account through the credit card company. How does Paymill handle your credit card payment?
If you select this payment method from the Shingyo site, you will automatically go to the payments page of Paymill. Here you can enter your credit card and verification numbers. Paymill verifies your credit card, after which the amount will be debited through your credit card company.



After we have dispatched the bags, will will send you the invoice of the order by e-mail. For orders received by 12 am, you’ll receive the invoice the same day since the bags will be dispatched the same day, except for weekends. Do check your spam/junk mail folder to make sure the email has not been sent there.

Order procedure

How can you order the bags from our website?

Find a bag and follow the steps indicated to order the bags. Once you have gone through all the steps, your bagst will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. After entering your personal details including the correct delivery address and date, you will reach the payment screen. Here you can select a payment method and complete the transaction. The order is then complete and a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you registered with. Sensitive data traffic between our customers and web services, such as login, registration or checkout, always happens encrypted via secure protocols.

Confirmation email

If you have not received a confirmation email within half an hour you can contact the helpdesk. Do check your spam/junk mail folder to make sure the email has not been sent there.

Cancel or change order

If an order must be changed or cancelled, you can do so by contacting the helpdesk. Cancellation can only take place when a bag has not yet been processed. How long will it take to receive my order?

If you place your order with us before 12am, we will start processing it on the same day. Delivery generally takes 4 – 5 working days if the delivery address is in mainland Great Britain. Certain more remote areas may require additional delivery time.

Returns & Refunds

It’s important to us that you’re happy with your Shingyo purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied, you can return it within 30 days. We will give you a full refund by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase in new and unused condition and, if possible, the packaging.


You can return any product, as long as it’s in re-saleable condition. No questions asked and no reasons needed.

As your bags are made using your personalization, it is therefore specific to you and cannot be exchanged or returned. If you are unhappy with the gift, please contact customer service and we will look into a fitting solution.
